About
Four generations of law. One firm in New York.

Founding Attorney
Youssef Malouche
Malouche Law Firm PLLC was founded by Youssef Malouche, a New York attorney who represents individuals, families, and entrepreneurs navigating some of the most consequential moments of their lives: asylum claims, family reunifications, business immigration, and complex cases with difficult histories.
Immigration law is not abstract for Youssef. It is personal. He grew up in Tunisia, where law runs in the family. Malouche Law Firm was founded there in 1924 and is now in its fourth generation of attorneys. He studied law across three countries and built his career working at law firms in Tunis, Paris, and New York City before founding his own firm. His path through different legal systems and cultures shapes how he sees every case he takes on.
He holds an LLB in Private Law from the University of Toulouse I Capitole, a Master 1 in International and European Business Law and a Master 2 in Arbitration and International Trade Law from the University of Paris-Saclay, and an LLM in Transnational Legal Practice from St. John's University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and in federal courts, including the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. Youssef provides consultations and representation in English, French, and Arabic.
Youssef has successfully represented clients across a wide range of immigration matters, including asylum approvals, protection under the Convention Against Torture, bond hearings and releases, marriage-based green cards, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, mandamus actions, and complex cases involving prior denials or difficult procedural histories.
His approach is straightforward: clients deserve someone reliable who will accompany them through every step of the process. Above all, they deserve someone they can trust.
